No persons, on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, marital status, national origin, or handicap shall be excluded from participation in, or be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity of the Holdrege Schools District #44. It is also the policy of the Holdrege Schools to recruit and select for employment the best qualified for each position without regard to race, color, religion, sex, marital status, national origin, handicap, or age.
