Born and raised in Holdrege, NE. I attended Kearney State College and VTI Career Institute majoring in Commercial Art. While living in Lincoln, NE I worked in advertising, cookbook and stencil design. Four years later I moved back to Holdrege with my husband Kyle. We have two children, Rachel 12 and Matthew 8. I started my own at home business when my children were small.
My love for art and the creative process still is a large part of my life. I want to use my God given talents in a way others can enjoy. I create hand painted glassware for all occasions including; wine glasses, celebration glasses, personalized wedding plates and serving dishes. In the fall of 2007, my mom, Carol O’Connell and I opened a unique store called Creative Hand Arts & Collectibles located in a refurbished barn along hwy 183, north of Holdrege. We showcase several local artisans and collectors of vintage dishes along with Grow Nebraska members; providing personal and distinctive gifts.
