Mary was born and raised in Holdrege. Her parents are Sandy Samuelson and the late Jerry Schmoker. Mary and her husband, Chris, Began working with stained glass in 1997. She branched out into mosaics and fused glass. She and a friend purchased a kiln in 2005, making lots of jewelry to sell to friends and co-workers. She continues to learn about the art of jewelry-making and hopes to evolve into incorporating silver in the future. Aside from glass, she enjoys scuba diving and spending time with family. She and Chris have a 16-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter. The Pro family lives in Lincoln where Mary works at Capitol Title and Chris is a project manager with Hampton Commercial Construction.
