French Students Study French Cuisine

by Pat Peterson

April 20, 2008

The French classes at HHS are currently studying foods, so in order to truly experience authentic French cuisine, last Wednesday was “Crepe Day.” Crepes are basically really thin pancakes that can be filled with various ingredients. The students tasted dinner crepes filled with ham and cheese and dessert crepes filled with the French favorite – Nutella, which is a creamy chocolate and hazelnut spread.
