School Improvement & Facilities Planning

Support staff attended a meeting on school improvement and facilities planning on January 5, 2009 at The Tassel. Information was presented on the school improvement process, questions were answered, and input was received for the Standards Assessment Report (SAR) the district will complete before the visit of an external team in April.
Mike Waller, HPS Board President, gave a brief history of facilities planning and discussed the recommendation of the community facilities planning committee to build a new elementary schools, renovate the high school and regulate the HVAC at the middle school.
